Curt Austin began cooking in earnest in 2013 and hasn’t stopped. He’s a fan of many PBS cooking shows, Good Eats with Alton Brown, America’s Test Kitchen, Cook’s Magazine, and anything Julia Child. But he can’t abide any of the modern day cook-off, reality based knock-off shows that fill the airwaves today.
He is constantly on the hunt for new and exciting cuisine and is willing to try anything once. He’s even accepted the challenge to make something great with SPAM. He’s the winner of the distinguished, “Best Taste” award for inVentiv Health Clinical’s 2015 chili cook-off and receives rave reviews on his meals.
